Summary: We are seeking a personal assistant for our family to help manage our hectic lives. We are looking for a reliable, kind, caring, organized and fun person to help us live a fun
fulfilled life.
This is a part time role with an expectation of 1-4 hours per day. The schedule is flexible. But, ideally the work will happen between 7 am and 6 pm.
Job Duties:
Light Housekeeping & Cleaning
Load/Unload Dishwasher
Wash Dishes, Wipe Counters
Sweep/Mop/Swiffer hardwood floors
Vacuum
Dust
Straighten (pick up/organize piles, put stuff back in right place)
Sort and organize toys and books
Laundry - wash, dry, fold, & put away
Family / Personal Assistant
Plan weekly schedule to get tasks done consistently
Grocery Shop
Wash & Prep Produce
Meal Prep
Run errands as needed
Return Calls, Schedule appointments, be available for service providers if needed.
Childcare
This aspect of the role will be minimal until school starts in Fall of 2015, because we already have a nanny for the summer. But, we are seeking someone who can be available to pick up the kids at 2:45 at school potentially.
Help children with homework / advance learning in areas of interest
Work on learning to read (in English
Spanish - if fluent)
Work on basic math skills
Have Fun! Plan & Organize activities & adventures
Plan activities for exercise or burning energy after school
Transport Children by car (pick up at school, take to events, etc.)
Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus
Elementary or Early Childhood Care Experience/Education is a bonus
When possible, be available for sick days (or partial sick days)
Packing lunches/Making Meals for Children
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
