Responsible for identifying, prospecting, growing new profitable relationships from prospective business customers with sales up to $20 MM in the agricultural industry with significant new client business activity.
Encourages sales of products and services to new business borrowers, depositors, or users of services through the Business Banking Team.
Assists the Ag Industry Specialists and/or Business Relationship Managers and their managers in developing a call plan to expand customer base.
In urban farming areas or markets, may specialize in credit and deposit acquisition to include closing responsibility for the credit transaction.
This position has the potential for you to earn up to $450K per year in total compensation.
2+ years sales experience.
Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.
The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.
Prospecting experience; demonstrated sales and referral skills.
Excellent communications skills.
Demonstrated success calling on agribusiness and agricultural producers with annual revenues of $2-20MM.
Education and/or hands on experience in agriculture.
Knowledge of business banking related products/ services.
Knowledge of Accounting/Finance principals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
