Description
This individual will manage both current and aged used equipment inventory for wholesale sales including auctions both internal and external.

Specific Duties Include:

Work with the inventory manager and Director to move overage equipment.
Follow up on sales leads received from websites
Actively pursue franchised dealer transfers or sales to both Deere and Competitive, developing long term relationships.
Develop relationships with Deere dealers to share in our MUD trades done each year.
Expand the list of wholesale buyers that we currently deal with and develop a plan for occasionally partnering with them.
Develop dealer, auction and wholesale network to sell competitive machines taken in trade outside the RDO Equipment Co. AOR
Explore and develop wholesale and auction market for used self propelled forage harvesters
Assist with placing inventory on advertisements.
Stay current with the competitor's inventory and prices through media and websites.
Attend on site auctions or monitor through online sites.
Maintain and update the RDO Auction website for agriculture and assist with construction.
Maintain and update inventory on Used Express, ELS, Iron Solutions and Tractor House.
Follow up on all sales from online auctions from the billing through delivery.
Adhere to the designated RDO Equipment Co. Sales Process including completion of all required documentation, etc.
Ensure that appropriate communications take place throughout the location/s by facilitating/participating in monthly open-book meetings, conducting regular team meetings, encouraging an open-door policy, and proactively seeking feedback from team members.
Foster a great place to work environment within the location/s, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customer.
Lead and manage all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive and that all team members are committed to creating solutions and long term relationships with customers.
Ensure that the company/location reputation and image in the community is consistent with RDO Equipment Co. Core Values, and that business relationships with all stakeholders are not compromised.
Manage the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical and financial resources and administer the hiring, development/training, management, evaluation, and effective assignment of people resources.
Responsible for ensuring that sound and safe business practices and processes are implemented and continuously improved to effectively and efficiently achieve ethical business objectives.
Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere toall policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
