Job Description:
To develop proficiency and provide assistance in supervising Caribou operations and merchandising.
To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and positive working conditions for employees.
JOB TYPE:
Full time-40 hours/weekLOCATION:
Osgood, and Northport locations
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Hornbacher's Caribou Managerand store managerPromotes and develops Caribou cultureTrains team membersCreates a neighborhood gathering placeUpholds Caribou customer service standardsResponsible for safety and sanitationInvolved in performance management activities:
performance appraisals, disciplinary action, regular feedbackFocuses on efforts to maximize profits and increase sales
Qualifications:
Applicant should have proven leadership and problem solving skills.
Candidate should possess strong communication and relational skills.
Previous supervision and Caribou experience is required.
