The Shop Coordinator ensures and confirms proper data entry for repair orders.
Generates purchase orders (POs) for assigned location, anticipates parts needs and maintains regular stock levels, and reviews accuracy of timecards and repair orders for part charge outs.

Discussion with the Lead Technician to plan daily tasks Anticipate parts, fluids, tires, and shop supplies are ordered for the day Create and approve POs before parts orders are placed Receive Purchase Orders Label and put away parts Prepare core returns with credit PO attached, daily Scan DOT inspection forms to Maintenance Support Specialist and Accounting Manager Weekly BIN cycle counts and enter top off fluids Organize shop parts and supplies Assist with shop cleanliness and organization, inside and out Assist in OSHA compliance Career Benefits Include:
