Summary:
Join our production team as a Production Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in machining and assembling our products.
As a Team Assembler, you'll have the versatility to tackle various tasks within the assembly process, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Read work orders to determine material requirements and product specifications.
Verify measurement specifications and ensure materials meet required dimensions.
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and assembly.
Assemble parts using various fastening methods.
Perform final touch-ups and prepare products for finishing.
Document material substitutions and maintain inventory levels.
Conduct repairs or alterations as needed.
Package finished products for shipment.
Rotate through different production tasks.
Maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years in manufacturing or related field preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Accurate measurement skills and tool proficiency.
Ability to interpret work orders.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Effective communication skills.
Machinery operation and adjustment experience.
Understanding of safety protocols.
Attention to measurement specifications and quality control.
Troubleshooting skills.
Manufacturing or production experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects by carrying, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
